Your body is a temple, not a cemetery, so why allow dead flesh to enter into it?  

It is no secret that the best food that one can consume is "living" food. These are foods with a higher vibration, and can include raw seeds and nuts, berries, fruits, and many varieties of root and leafy green plants.
Since everyone is different, I would like to recommend that you look into your Traditional Chinese Medicine "FIVE ELEMENT" personality type, by taking this test! Then go to a site like >this< to see what is recommended to eat and how to exercise for your particular elemental type!

parasite and Heavy Metal cleansings

It is not discussed in "proper circles", but the truth of the matter is that if you live and breathe, eat meat, sushi, raw fish, or even own a pet, you most likely have at least one or more type of parasites living within you. They take up space wherever they please like your brain, your organs, your lungs, and within the lining of your internal tissues. The CDC recognizes this, but for whatever reason, chooses to disregard informing the public by means of mass media on a regular basis.
I would highly recommend that, if one is looking to improve their health, they begin that journey with a parasite cleanse followed by weekly "maintenance" dosing. Of course, keeping heavy metals and other toxic environmental hazards at bay will also help one feel more energetic and maintain a positive outlook, and should be done following a parasite cleanse.

No, NRGWRKS does not condone nor does it promote smoking or any kind of tobacco use... But, did you know nicotine was naturally occurring in tobacco and many other night shades that you may already eat? These include, but are not limited to Peppers, Eggplants, Gooseberries, Okra, Paprika, certain melons, Chili peppers, White potatoes, Tomatillos, Winter and cherries (ashwagandhas), to name a few. The levels of nicotine in these veggies are not harmful, and studies show that nicotine may actually be helpful in healing many nervous system ailments, including disease caused by injected venoms.

If you are like many people in todays convenience society, you probably sit in a chair at a desk most of your day, indoors. Then, we get home and sit some more in front of a TV, or simply sit and stay on our devices, absorbing tons of radiation.
Making small changes help. Going for a walk, roller skating around the neighborhood, riding a bike, or even commuting by walking or cycling, or a combo of the two. Get out into the sunshine, observe nature. relax your mind, and just move!
Keep yourself hydrated, relaxed and free. It helps more than just the physical body, it is a total package rejuvenation!

We all like to eat, right?
Simple is usually better, and keeping it up a vegetarian or vegan diet can be easy and highly beneficial to our health. There is plenty of protein in bean, legumes, and in some seeds- So don't let the hype of "a lack of protein" deter you.

Sample Breakfast- Apple Pie Oatmeal

I don't give specific measurements due to personal tastes and number of people you are cooking for, so experiment or add amounts based on your own desired taste. Replacement spices can be eliminated or replaced if allergic reactions may occur.
OATMEAL: Raisins, Apples, Walnuts, then add in your Oats and spice it up with ground Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg, and Cinnamon.

(Adding a banana delivers a more creamy texture)


Sample Breakfast- Tofu Scramble

I have tried this dish with many varying ingredient options, but I like simplicity the best. Many will say that this is an egg replacement, and so a certain taste must be had with the help of a sulfur-salt (Kala Namak a.k.a. Black Salt), but after years of consuming this dish, I disagree. It's good for the sake of being good - And it's good for you! 
Tofu Scramble: Hand shredded Tofu (I prefer firm tofu), diced tomatoes, diced bell pepper, sliced black olives, and shredded or cut spinach. I usually cook this up in a little coconut oil, with turmeric, nutritional yeast, mushroom seasoning, celery seed, sea salt, and black pepper. Add diced jalapeño or powdered Cayenne pepper for extra health benefit and flavor!


Sample Lunch- No Meat Chili

I've always love me some chili, and as it turns out, it's good for you too. I often try a new meat substitutes, and I think I've found my new go-to for chili; Tempeh! The taste and texture really bump this chili up! This recipe also calls for beans, so use dried or canned- because you rule!
Chili:  Canned Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Great Northern Beans, Canned Roasted Diced Tomatoes, 1 packet of chili seasoning (your favorite). 1 medium chopped onion, Celery Seeds and Mushroom Seasoning help for a more meaty taste, and chipotle adds just enough smokey flavor.

"Meat": I used 2 veggie dogs, slicing them pretty thin, and 1 package of Tempeh to finish it off.
Toppings: Black olives (Or just add your favorite!)

Sample Lunch- BBQ Sammich

A staple of mine is BBQ Jackfruit as it is just a wonderful meat substitute. I have made this many times in many variations, but simple is best, so for this one, I literally just drained and thoroughly rinsed the canned Jackfruit (in brine, not syrup) and cooked it until the brine was cooked out. Cook for a shorter if you prefer a tangy flavor, and/or be sure to squeeze out excess brine if it is not to your liking.
BBQ Jackfruit: Canned Jackfruit, add your favorite BBQ sauce, and use your favorite buns. Anything goes here.
Coleslaw: Fresh Cabbage and Carrots, Pickle juice, minced Pickle, Mayo (vegan options available), Sea Salt, Black Pepper, and top with diced Jalapeño.
Sides: (Dill, or your favorite) Pickle spears, and baked Sweet Potato Rounds. 
Drink: Black Tea with Pure Cane Sugar - (no ice)

Sample dinner- 15 Bean Soup

I just love me some soup - and beans! So what better way to get both than 15 Bean Soup? This is prepacked in your local market, or you can make your own version from canned or dried beans. 
Soup: For this, I used the pre-packaged dry bean mix and allowed to slow cook for several hours. Just cover in water and turn on the slow cooker, adding the seasoning pack (or your own seasonings) near the end of cooking... Easy-Peasy
Side: I usually make Cornbread for this, but I decided to use up some older buns to make buttered Garlic Bread instead. (Vegan options for the butter are available, as is a vegan cornbread recipie)

Keep it simple -Keep it real

Simple, delicious recipes, made with whole foods.
Keep the food you eat fresh and living, and keep sugar and heavily processed foods to a minimum. These are really the basics of the basics. High dairy and high processed sugar intake can be detrimental to your health as well, as is high alcohol consumption, smoking, etc., All of these can alter your mind and your perceptions. 

Take care of you. The earth provides all that we need. Remember: "You" are the house in which resides Pure Consciousness... The Creator of your reality.
